Panneer Butter Masala

Panner butter masala is a special recipe. Our recipe is very rich in panner and it goes well with chapatti, naan, idiappam and even with variety rice.

It is made with panner, onions, tomatos, ginger garlic paste, cashew and kasthuri mathi.

Pakkoda Kurma

Potato Kara Curry

A wonderful recipe rich in masalas and little bit spicy. It is a traditional food in southern part of south India. It goes well with chapattis, idiappams. It is also a good combination for variety rice like veg biriyani, veg pulao, ghee rice and veg fried rice.

It is made with onions, potatoes, coconut, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coconut oil and small chopped garlic. All vegetarians should try once our potato kara curry.

Veg Kofta Curry

Veg Stew

Veg stew is one of our favourite recipe. It is made using farm fresh carrot, beans, potatoes, cauliflower, curd, coconut milk, cashew, sugar and big onions.

It is vegetable rich and thick full of coconut milk. It goes well with idiappams and appom. It is less spicy but rich and flavoured to enjoy.

Navarathna Kurma

Preparation is same as veg kurma along with cut pieces of panner. It goes well with chapattis and pulka. It can be used as a side dish for veg biriyani, ghee rice and veg fried rice.

Our navarathana kurma is rich is coconut, thick and full of farm fresh vegetables.

Sambar

Our sambar is a true delight. We make it authentic and rich in dhal. We use farm fresh vegetables like drumstick, brinjal, broad beans, cluster beans (kothavarangai), cucumber (vellarikka), capsicum to add flavour to sambar. Masalas, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, turmeric are added to add richness. No artificial ingredient are added to the recipe.

Our sambar is one of the items that proves our kitchen makes high quality vegetarian food.

Moore Kulambu

We make tasty, juicy, creamy moore kulumbu. It is part of a grand south indian meals. Moore kulambu is a popular dish in south india that is traditional and yummy. It is very simple to make.

Curd, cucumber, garlic, coconut oil, mustard seed, turmeric powder, coconut milk, cumin seeds, green chilli are carefully added and mixed to make this wonderful and simple dish. Ladies finger, pumpkin, ash guard, drum stick can also be added.

Dhal Fry

Rightly salted dhal fry is a simple but delicious dish. It is healthy lentil based curry that goes well with boiled rice, chapattis, pulkas, roti. A common curry in both north and south India. It is a non spicy recipe, so even little children can enjoy it. Care should be taken that dhal fry does not turn very thick or very thin.

At our kitchen we make sure dhal fry is made in the right way. Yellow lentils, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, curry leafs, ghee, salt are carefully added by our cooking staff to make this wonderful and yummy dish.

Paruppu Curry

It is a south indian recipe made mostly in southern part of south india and Kerala. It is simple and delicious recipe made with finely crushed pieces of coconut. It goes well with boiled rice and a starter in a grand meal.

In our kitchen, yellow lentils, ghee, turmeric powder, curry leafs, cumin seeds, salt, coconut and green chilli is used to make this wonderful recipe.

Vegetable Kulambu

It is a curry from south indian cuisine. It is another variety of sambar but little spicy. Thanks to array of spices used, its aroma fills the air. It is usually accompanied with Idlies, dosai and plain rice. In our kitchen, carrot, black eyed peas, snake guard, white brinjal, raw bananas, drum stick, elephant yam, dry chilli, fenugreek, garlic, onions, turmeric powder, tomatos, coconut milk and tamarind is added to make this wonderful dish.
